Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session guided by Maria Martínez.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that brings you into a state of conscious relaxation — between wakefulness and sleep. It allows the body to rest deeply while the mind remains aware, helping to release accumulated stress and restore balance on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
No previous experience is required. Please bring your mat, a blanket, and anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
